Free Crochet Pattern Small Heart

If you are writing a sweet note or card for Valentine’s Day, you can add something extra special that comes straight from your heart… a heart made by you. I glued this little heart on a clothespin, but you can think of all kinds of fun uses for it.

The heart will be approximately 4 cm high when you use sport weight yarn and a 2.5 mm crochet hook. If you decide to choose another yarn weight, I recommend using a smaller hook than the size stated on the label.

Below you will find the video (which includes the crochet chart) and the written pattern of this small heart. Have fun with this heart!
