How to crochet the Crunch Stitch

How to crochet the Crunch Stitch

The crunch stitch is very similar to the even moss stitch, but is worked slightly differently. It is a very simple stitch, which gives a nice texture on both sides of your work. If you are a beginner, this is definitely a fun stitch to try.

I used this stitch for the pattern of Lisa’s Potholders.

For the Crunch stitch, you will have to chain a multiple of 2 + 1. I will explain 2 rows, you will keep repeating row 2, until your work has reached the desired size.
