Pattern Red Mushrooms with White Dots

With autumn just around the corner, I thought it was the perfect time to share this adorable pattern with you, a small and large version of the iconic Red Mushroom! The red mushroom with white dots is my all-time favorite. I always feel a little lucky when I stumble across one in the wild, since they’re a bit rare to spot. It’s like finding a hidden treasure! Now, let’s create the white dots. Be sure to stay within the edge when sewing on the dots, as this part will be fastened to the stem. If you go beyond the edge, the white thread may be visible on the bottom, which would be unfortunate.

Begin with a long thread and a needle. To create the dots, insert the needle into the desired spot. Tie a knot in the thread and push it as close as possible to the mushroom. Next, insert the needle into the yarn beside the knot and pull it through. Be careful not to pass the thread through the same hole again, as this may cause the knot to slip through. The accompanying photos provide additional clarity.
